Terms and Conditions
Reservations must be made in the name of the primary driver.
The driver must meet the minimum rental requirements established by the selected car rental company.
Each company may accept or decline a rental based on their own policies and past interactions with the customer.
Respectful behavior and compliance with the rental company's process are required.

To rent a car, all drivers must meet the following requirements:
🚗 - Minimum Age
You must be at least 21 years old. Drivers between the ages of 21 and 24 will incur a young driver surcharge and may be restricted to certain vehicle categories.
🪪 - Valid Driver’s License
You must present a valid driver’s license from your country of origin at the time of rental.
🌍 - International Driving Permit (IDP)
If you’re renting in a country where Spanish is not an official language—or in the U.S. state of Georgia—you must also present an International Driving Permit along with your national driver’s license.
🛂 - Passport Requirement
A valid passport from a country other than the United States or Canada is required.
💳 - Credit Card
The main driver must present a credit card in their name, enabled for international use and with sufficient funds to cover the estimated rental cost plus an additional 20%.
✈️ - Travel Itinerary
In many locations, proof of international travel—such as a flight itinerary—must be shown at the rental counter.
